CUSTOMER LIFECYCLE MANAGEMENT
NUANCE
Customer Lifecycle Mangaement was a short animated video created for Nuance. The video shows the interaction of the customer with the carrier as well as highlighting the underlying technologies. The animation was in support of a microsite that served the same purpose.
Due to the requirement of the animation being extremely short and succinct, the storyboard needed to be as close to the final animation as possible, in terms of the actual frames as well as the visual style.
After the full video was animated, the next task was to create micro-films from the full video that showcased the various aspects individually within 20 seconds . Below are some of the snippets from the shorter versions.
